Constellation, often referred to as Stella. Is a Male NightWing going by They/Them pronouns. They are the Viceroy of The Starlight Province and are a NightWing-IceWing-SeaWing hybrid. They also are a blood moon mindreader being able to project their thoughts to others.

Description

Constellation is fairly small, due to her age. Her scales are dark grey with hints of purple, black, white, blue, cobalt, and cyan.

She is usually accompanied by her pet Vulture, Phoenix

Personality

Constellation is extremely menacing, due to being young, she knows she cannot win fights with strength, so she projects her thoughts in a manner to thwart any ideas. She also speaks very little, letting people fill in the gaps with nervous chatter, making her seem cold and scary, although is very kind and silly with dragons she trusts.

Biography

Constellation's life was extremely hard, working up to her royalty status, she often fought and/or killed dragons for food, herself almost being killed multiple times. And even having to go as far as killing a fellow orphan at her failure of an orphanage, close to the SandWing border.

After she became a royal, she made sure dragons who needed help got it and thus is seen as a kind ruler, although not much is known of her.
