Description
Bluejay is a dull blue RainWing with black and white markings. Theres a bluejay tattoo on his left shoulder and his talons are always stained black with ink. They have feather like wings with a blue simlar to their scales. Fluff covers his elbows, knees, and tail end.
A large, brown, light weight bag is slumped around his back most of the time. It's usally filled with scrolls, ink, feathers, and simple herbs. Feathers are behind his left ear and sometimes the right. His pet, Bluejay Jr., resides in his pavilion most of the time.
Personality
Bluejay is a very focused and in his head kind of dragon. They could sit down and focus on writing on scroll for hours. Usually he's very quiet but due to becoming a scribe and attending more meetings, hes become loud in that type of environment. Though, in his own pavilion he's very relaxed and quiet.
