Overview

Camellia is the current Crown Noble of the LeafWing tribe. She is 17 years old as of 8125 A.S., and is presently living in the Poison Jungle.

Description

Camellia is a LeafWing/IceWing hybrid. She is average height and build for a LeafWing, with a few notable exceptions being her wings, which are shaped like that of an IceWing, and the spines running down the back of her head. Her scales are an extremely pale green, with patches of dark green and gold appearing randomly along her body. Her sail is pinkish-red, running the entire length of her body, apart from a gap where her IceWing spines jut out.

Personality

Camellia is a ruthless, remorseless dragon, rarely feeling any emotion at all. Her only desire is to be better than those around her. Whether it be through means good or evil, she always seeks to be stronger, wealthier, and more influential. She is an extremely good actor, and takes advantage of this to manipulate the dragons around her by presenting herself as kinder and more friendly than she really is.

Biography

Life before Royalty

Camellia was born in the Poison Jungle to an IceWing father and LeafWing mother. Her mother died before Camellia's hatching, leaving her to grow up with only her father and older sister, Odessa. Her childhood was stressful and filled with hate. Her father saw Odessa as a failure, due to her having two tails, so instead kept constant pressure on Camellia to be perfect in every way, and to fit into exactly what he wanted her to be. This changed when she was 5, following a murder attempt on both Camellia and Odessa by a dragon named Cephalotus. When she fled back to her village to try and get help, her father's anger at Odessa's survival finally made her snap. She murdered her father, and disappeared into the Jungle, becoming an assassin as a way to feel superior. She kept this profession until the age of 16, where she encountered and made a deal with the Sculk, granting her the power to chase her ambitions further than ever before

Abilities

Camellia is an extremely talented leafspeaker, able to easily manipulate and grow plants at will. Due to her time as an assassin, she has also developed an extremely good grasp of stealth, planning, and deception. She has some basic medical knowledge, but it extends no further than anatomy and basic first-aid. Her botanical knowledge, like most LeafWings, is quite advanced.

Her main strength comes from her pact with the Sculk. She can grow a variety of Sculk, including sensors, shriekers, and catalysts, and is able to infect and kill dragons using the Sculk, although this is a very time-inefficient method of doing so. Her ultimate ability is the power to summon a Warden, an extremely powerful beast easily able to kill multiple dragons.

Weaknesses

Camellia is extremely vulnerable to heat because of her IceWing genetics, to the point that anything hotter than the Poison Jungle will cause her massive problems. In addition, due to how heavily her fighting style relies on leafspeak, her melee combat skill is extremely poor, making her basically unable to win any close-range fight that isn't a stealth attack.

While the rest of her Sculk abilities are easy to use, the Warden is highly expensive, requiring either the soul of an animus dragon, or the energy from an animus object to create, making it a last resort in most cases.

Quotes

"Hello, villagers. You might be wondering who I am. My name is Camellia. I am the Crown Noble of the LeafWings. I only have one message, so i'll get to the point. Each and every one of you are about to die!" -Camellia, first time summoning the Warden.

Trivia

Camellia has central heterochromia, with a blue inner iris and green outer iris in both of her eyes.

Despite being part IceWing, Camellia prefers cooked meats, bread, and cheeses over seafood or raw meat.

In her free time, she tends to either read, or study the Sculk.

She absolutely loves using flowers as jewellery for formal events, usually mixing it up with silk.
