While Providence is a dragon who cares deeply about her allies, she views such a trait as an exploitable weakness and keeps that side of her hidden behind the persona of a cold and secretive tactician, playing her cards close to her chest and keeping even her Elite Four on their toes guessing what her next move would be.

Life Before Rulership:[edit | edit source]
Born with a serious defect to a pair of parents who had her entire future planned and raised in a town surrounded by dragons who treated her like a disease, Providence very quickly learned to view the world around her as an unforgiving one that only favors those with more power.
