Aurora Westwind (once known as Aphid), is the the HiveWing crown heir. While not a ruler, she plays a massive role in some events. She is a cursed animus due to her father Cryo, but does her best to use it to help benefit others, despite the drawbacks.

Description

Aurora is an albino tribe-shifting Hive/Ice hybrid. Her common/resting form is a albino HiveWing with IceWing spines, four wings, and amber eyes that mimic a sunset. She's fairly tall and skinny, almost unhealthily so. When angered or stressed, she creates a thick cold fog from her jaws. She has a metal bottom jaw and a black lightning scar across her left shoulder.

She is currently in charge of the Willow hive. (medical advancements)

Personality

Aurora is normally happy and outgoing. She likes to play dumb, but is fairly smart, though can get overwhelmed easily and overthink things causing panic attacks, and often cannot recognize when she is scared. She will try to be there for other dragons, even if they don't trust her. She willingly enchants items for others if she sees it needed, or just as gifts.

Biography

Life before royalty

Aurora had a somewhat calm life, living on a group of floating islands known as Dynasty, home to the Neverland Guild. She helped in running the guild and helping care for those hurt or in search of a new home. To Aurora, the guild was family.

Life during royalty

As soon as she became a noble, Aurora's life changed, telling her friends about her past life once called Aphid, helping the HiveWings with paperwork, her curses where undone by RotBringer thus allowing her to create enchantments without losing scales. She soon became a heir and fought in the Illegal logger Incident, then fighting an ancient animus known as Shattersand, losing her bottom jaw to him. She then went on a date with the LeafWing Queen, Tabebuia. Currently, Aurora is the HiveWing Crown Heir and is helping in trying to find a cure for the SandWing virus.

After she had helped the SandWing tribe in finding a cure, Aurora left for home only to return for a MudWing festival that lead to the death of Slush, after the events Aurora had flown to Zalera aiding in the events of a fire, after the flames she had met with other royals for tea then returning to Zalera, she flew Zalera to the Willow hive for future medical care. After such flight she returned to the islands only for days later to start getting random headaches and blacking out, when she went to the main island of Dynasty to see what was causing her pain she was jumped by Warden (known as Shattersculk, the creation of sculk and shattersands soul). falling from the islands Auroras primary goal now is to return home.

• Phoenix Curse: Upon death, Auroras body (depending on cause of death) will rapidly rot away or turn to ash. Aurora can be revived from death, but it takes a full day to revive her, and upon doing so she will not remember the day before, during, and after death. Ask Aprildraconicblueblood on Discord for how to permakill Aurora.
• Broken Claws: Aurora is forever to have broken claws.
• Never the same: Aurora is unable to look like her old self, though this is combated by her tribe shifting ability.
• Cryos Necklace: A gold chain necklace with perfect pearls. Each pearl holds its own enchantment. One holds the enchantment to create islands, one to stabilize them, one to take energy from the one wearing the necklace, and one to change tribes at will, though it is unable to change genetic code and unable to assume the appearance of any existing dragon, alive or dead.
• Past Earrings: Two golden earrings that allow the wearer to speak to ether Cryo or Flea, depending on the one worn.
• Fun things: Other enchantments include glowing frost breath, healing claws, unability to teleport without consent, and firescale/frostscale resistance.

Trivia

• Aurora is fluent in Scavenger. She uses it to curse, crack jokes, and pass secret messages.
• Aurora adopted her two kids, one in a river, and one with a bunch of mudskippers!
• Aurora cannot enchant other dragons' bodies. All things she enchants, if not made of crystal, will get a crystal look to them, and she cannot enchant things with her mind.
• Aurora has an acid spray tail able to melt organic material, but prefers to use her ice breath after having to kill Cryo.
• Aurora's NightWing forms cannot read minds, but can see the future and feel emotions. Her future sight tents to be a few days late or a few days prior. Aurora doesn't understand it at all.
• Aurora has almost drowned as a SeaWing, stepped on her own SandWing tail barb, burned herself with her own RainWing spit, almost blinded a friend with the RainWing scale change ability, got stuck in mud as a MudWing, given herself major headaches as a Night/silk hybrid, burned herself with her own SkyWing fire breath, poked off some scales as a IceWing, scared herself as a LeafWing when talking to a tree, and got silk in her eye as a SilkWing.
• If Aurora had to be any other tribe, she would be a Leaf/Mud hybrid.
• Aurora tends to have small headaches an panic attacks hearing/thinking of Shattersand as she will not believe he is actually dead.
• Aurora says salmon like Soul-mon.
• Aurora has a third daughter named Moonstone, who was once a scavenger but turned into a dragon threw the help of a necklace (she can enchant things to change form an biology but has to use a item)
